The 13730 is the Same as the 13559, EXCEPT the 13730 Uses a 15mm Rotor Shaft, While the 13559 Uses a 17mm, AND the 13730 Uses the Smaller 5mm Battery Stud. The 13650 is the 80A Version of the 13559 (70A). The 13651 Has Been Superseded to the 13559 as of 11/2001.
