epartsglobal.com (the "Site") is operated by Charging Systems Inc., doing business as ePartsGlobal ("ePartsGlobal", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

Catalog information

We work hard to keep our catalog accurate — specifications, fitment applications, and cross-references are compiled from manufacturer and industry data. However, catalog data is provided for reference and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your exact application (year, make, model, engine, and options) before ordering or installing. Cross-reference and OEM numbers are used for identification and compatibility purposes only (nominative fair use); they do not imply that a part is an original-equipment or genuine branded product unless expressly stated.

Quotes and orders

A quote request is not an order, and our reply is an offer that becomes binding only when you confirm it and payment is arranged. Prices, availability, and freight are as stated in your confirmed quote. Payment in full is due before shipment; we do not offer open credit or net terms.

Warranty and returns

Products are covered by the warranty described on our Warranty page, and returns are governed by our Returns page. Except as expressly stated there, products are provided without other warranties, and we disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ePartsGlobal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including labor, towing, diagnostic costs, lost profits, or downtime — arising from use of the Site or of products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Site content

The Site's content, design, and data compilations belong to ePartsGlobal or its licensors. You may not scrape, republish, or resell Site content without our written permission. Manufacturer names and part numbers belong to their respective owners.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
