Orders over $19.95 ship free. (Given most of our parts are well above that, free shipping applies to nearly every order.) Orders of $19.95 or less carry a standard shipping charge confirmed on your quote.

- Order cutoff: 2:00 PM EST. Orders confirmed by 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day; after that, the next business day.
- Delivery speed depends on which warehouse your part ships from:
- Many items ship on a 2-business-day service — and often arrive sooner.
- Items shipping from our Oklahoma City warehouse travel UPS Ground, so delivery time depends on your distance from OKC (roughly 1–5 business days).
- Your quote (and, once online checkout launches, your order confirmation) states the expected delivery window for your specific items and destination.
Payment
Today, epartsglobal.com is quote-driven: build your parts list, send it over, and a parts manager replies with pricing, availability, and freight — usually the same business day. Payment is arranged when you confirm the quote.
Payment in full is due before shipment — we do not offer open credit or net terms.
Online card checkout is coming. A consumer financing option (buy-now-pay-later style) may be added later; it is not a net-terms account, and is not live today.
