Ordered the wrong part, or changed your mind? Here's how returns work.

Return window

You may return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Condition

Returned items must be new, uninstalled, and in original packaging, with all included hardware. Electrical parts that have been installed, wired, or bench-tested under power are not returnable (we can't resell an installed electrical unit as new) — if such a unit is defective, that's a warranty claim instead, and we'll take care of it there.

Restocking & return shipping

  • No restocking fee.
  • Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If we made the error — wrong item shipped, or the unit is defective — we pay return shipping and send the correct part. (See also the Warranty.)

How to start a return

  1. Have your order number + part number ready.
  2. Email sales@epartsglobal.com to request an RMA number. We usually reply the same business day. (Returns without an RMA may be delayed.)
  3. We'll confirm eligibility and email you return instructions, including the return address.
  4. Pack the unit securely in its original packaging and include the RMA.
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Cores

Orders placed through epartsglobal.com do not currently carry core deposits. If a product ever carries a core charge, the core-return process will be stated here and on the product page before you order.

Avoid the return entirely

Most returns are wrong-part orders. Use the vehicle finder to confirm fitment for your exact year/make/model before ordering — and if you're not sure the part is the problem, email us first; we're happy to talk through the diagnosis.
