Warranty
Every starter, alternator, voltage regulator, and solenoid we sell is backed by a warranty. We're charging-system specialists — if a unit fails, we make it right.
What's covered
Every part includes a 1-year standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. If a covered part fails within that period, we'll replace it at no charge for the part.
What's not covered
- Damage from improper installation, wiring faults, or a failed component elsewhere in the charging system (e.g. a shorted battery or bad ground that takes out a good alternator). We recommend the system be tested before and after installation.
- Normal wear, physical/impact damage, water or contamination damage beyond the unit's rating, or use outside the part's rated application.
- Units that have been disassembled or modified.
- Labor, installation, towing, and diagnostic costs are not covered. The warranty covers the part itself.
How to make a warranty claim
- Have your order number and the part number ready.
- Email sales@epartsglobal.com. We usually reply the same business day.
- We'll confirm coverage and provide return instructions (an RMA) if the unit needs to come back.
- The replacement ships once we receive and confirm the failed unit.
Fitment matters
Most "failures" on electrical parts are actually a fitment or diagnosis issue, not a defective unit — wrong part for the application, or a different component at fault. Before installing, confirm the part fits your exact vehicle with our vehicle finder. It saves everyone a return.
