The 17713 Will Replace the 17695 - In Fact Many Sell Only the 17713 For Both Applications. The 17695 Cannot Simply Have a 10-Tooth Drive Installed in Order to Make a 17713, as the Drive End Housings are Also Slightly Different, in Order to Handle the Different Drive. The 17695 Should Not Be Used in Place of the 17713, as It Has Been Reported That the Engine Does Not Turn Over Fast Enough for the Computer to Sense the Need for Ignition.
