NotesThis Was Seen on the 2004 Chrysler Sebring and Dodge Stratus 2.4L (VIN "X") w/AT. This Also Fits the 2003 2.4L (VIN "X") Engines Also. This is a Denso OSGR Starter, Which Uses a Similar Ignition Switch to the 17562 and Different From the 17809 Used on 2001 Models. The DE Housing on This Unit Has a "Lip" That Protrudes From the Front Housing Out About 1/2" or So and Encircles the Perimeter of the Pinion at Least Half Way Around. It is Not Known What the Function of This "Lip" is. The Ignition Switch On This Unit is Pointing to the Front, Rather Than to the Rear, as the 17562 Does.
