| Notes | This is a Delco PG250 Series Permanent Magnet Gear Reduction (PMGR) Starter. This Starter Looks Slightly Like a 6316 or 3631 (Same Basic Mounting and Opening) in the Smaller Delco PMGR Case. The Later Used PG260 Series 6470 Was Thought to Replace This, But the Mounting Bolts on the 6442 are Longer, and Therefore Will Not Work on the 6470. By Substituting GM Part # 14037733 and 12338064 (Mounting Bolts), the 6470 Can Replace the 6442. |
