NotesThis is a 110A Ford 6G Alternator Used on E-Series Vans With the 7.3L Diesel Engine, and the Optional Ambulance Package. When This Package is Installed, There Are Actually 2 Alternators on the Van (See Lester 7798). Note That the 7796 and the 7797 Look Virtually Identical (Both Do Not Use a Battery Extension, and Both Have the Plug Position at Roughly 3:00), But the Front Housings are Slightly Different, and These Units Use Different 8-Groove Pulleys. The 7797 is the Top Alternator on the Truck, While the 7798 is the Bottom Unit.
