NotesThis is a Delco AD230 Series Alternator for the 2001-02 Buick LeSabre and Pontiac Bonneville With the 3.8L (Without SC) Engine. This is the Same as the 8245, Except for the Regulator # - the 8245 Uses #10483777 and the 8285 Uses #10453673. These Regulators Will Interchange, and So the 8245 and 8285 Can Be Used in Place of Each Other; in Fact GM Has Superseded the 8245 to 8285 (10464421 to 10464439). In 8/2008 Lester Decided to Supersede the 8285 Back to the 8245. | This is the Same as the Earlier 8285, Except the OE # for the Rear Cover is Different. It Should Interchange. In 8/2008 Lester Decided to Supersede the 8285 Back to the 8245. | This is a Delco AD230 Series Alternator for the 2000 Buick LeSabre. This Unit Has the Same Basic Mount-up as the 8197-7, 8228-7, 8229-7, 8230-4, etc. The 8285 is a Later Version Which Has a Different Regulator OE #, But the Regulators Interchange, So the 8245 and 8285 Can Be Used in Place of Each Other, if Desired.
